De La Warr Pavilion
The De La Warr Pavilion is a lively centre for arts and entertainment by the sea in Bexhill. First opened in 1935, this icon of 20th-century modernist architecture quickly became known as the “People’s Palace” and has been modern in spirit and aspiration ever since.
Free exhibitions, music, comedy, tours and talks, family activities, Cafe Bar, balconies and rooftop with stunning sea views, a gift shop and even an independent record store – there is much to enjoy here every day of the week.
The venue is free to enter, and fully accessible.
